LOS ANGELES, CA – Unitrans International Corporation (“Unitrans”), a leading international logistics provider announced today the closing of a management buyout backed by Andrew Schadegg, Chris Amberg and Palm Beach Capital (“PBC”).Mr. Schadegg, the current Vice President of Sales, has assumed the role of President, and Mr. Amberg, the current Vice President, San Francisco, has assumed the role of Executive Vice President. In addition, the current executive team of Unitrans remains in place following the transaction.
